The Area Training Manager at Life Insurance is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure the overall success and productivity of agents within their designated area. They will assess training needs, create instructional materials, and conduct training sessions on various topics, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance regulations. The Area Training Manager will also track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, provide ongoing support and guidance to agents, and collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a thorough understanding of the life insurance industry. A bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.
Job Description

- Develop and implement training programs for agents in assigned area
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with regional managers to identify training needs
- Monitor agent performance and provide coaching when necessary
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new agents
- Travel to different locations within assigned area as needed
- Provide leadership and support to training team
- Report on training progress and results to upper management.
