As an AR Caller at our company, you will be responsible for managing and resolving accounts receivable issues through effective communication with insurance companies and patients. Your duties will include investigating and resolving discrepancies, preparing and submitting claims, and following up on outstanding payments. You will also be responsible for verifying insurance coverage, researching and appealing denied claims, and maintaining accurate and updated records of all interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, be detail-oriented and organized, and have a solid understanding of medical billing and insurance procedures. Job Description

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies for medical billing purposes
- Follow up on unpaid claims and denials to secure payment
- Verify insurance information and eligibility for patients
- Update patient accounts with accurate payment and billing information
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies with insurance companies
- Document all communication and actions taken in the billing system
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for collections and AR aging
- Collaborate with billing team to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims
- Stay up-to-date on insurance regulations and coding changes
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance company representatives
