Job Description

*Role & Responsibilities:*

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified insurance agents.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling job advertisements.

2. Training and Development:

Design and deliver training programs to new and existing agents.
Ensure agents are knowledgeable about the company’s products, services, and sales techniques.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

3. Team Management:

Supervise and mentor a team of insurance agents, providing guidance and support.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance productivity.

4. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to agents.
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

5. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by agents or clients.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on recruitment and sales activities.
Analyze data to assess recruitment effectiveness and agent performance.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
