Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment and promote company culture
- Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure a fair and consistent workplace
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
