The Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization by managing office operations, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. The Admin Executive must be able to work independently and in a team environment, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Job Description

- Providing administrative support to senior management
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Monitoring and responding to emails and phone calls
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and organization of documents
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Conducting research and preparing reports as needed
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders internally and externally
- Assisting with special projects and events as required
- Ensuring smooth operations of the office on a daily basis.
