Job Description
- Prepare and perform check runs for vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor files and communication regarding payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and approval of expenses
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and address payment issues
- Provide support for audit requests and participate in audit processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
