Santa Eventz & Exhibitions Private Limited is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day financial tasks, including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and reconciling accounts. The Accounts Assistant will also support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and documented. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Assist with day-to-day financial operations including billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Prepare financial reports for management review and decision-making
- Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting
- Assist with audit and tax preparation activities as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance team and company goals.
