Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison for Customer to Process AR Invoice.
- Preparing, auditing and distributing Customer invoices with supporting documents.
- Review and summarize invoicing activity.
- Posting of accounting entries Journals, Monthly Petty Cash Expenses.
- Supporting accounts analysis activities in collaboration with GL accountant.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required.
- Assisting monthly closing activities.
- Arranging ledger confirmation & doing reconciliation with our books as & when required & yearly for audit purpose.
- Complete Knowledge of Accounts till finalization.
- Liaise with consolidation team and provide them necessary reports on time.
- Uses word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer.
