Pinal Holiday is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, a working knowledge of financial software, and excellent analytical skills. This individual will collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. The Accountant will play a critical role in helping Pinal Holiday maintain financial stability and make informed business decisions. Job Description

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and reconciliations
- Assist in the month-end close process and financial reporting
- Analyze and interpret financial data and provide insights to management
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist in developing and implementing internal controls and procedures
- Work closely with external auditors during financial audits
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information
