National Placement Services is seeking a skilled Female Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. The Accountant will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improving financial performance. Additionally, the Accountant will collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting processes. The successful candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, relevant experience in accounting, and strong analytical skills. Job Description

- Prepare and maintain financial records for clients
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and tax returns
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage and oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Provide support to clients for financial planning and budgeting
- Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and procedures
- Keep up-to-date on accounting best practices and standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
