The Account Manager at National Placement Services is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, as well as prospecting and bringing in new business opportunities. This role involves developing strategies to meet client needs and achieve sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to coordinate onboarding and support for clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales and account management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Job Description

- Manage client accounts by building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client goals are being met and projects are completed on time
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress and results
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services
- Coordinate with sales team to generate new business and expand client base
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market insights to better serve clients
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and maintain a database of client information
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
