- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely entries of all financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Conduct periodic audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Act as an office assistant, performing general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions.
- Provide support during audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding financial matters.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting and office administration.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9, Tally Prime, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
