Profile - Academic Counsellor
Language Proficiency: Should be English proficiency is required.
Work Experience: Fresher and Experience both can apply
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Tele counselling and Admission call to Inform, counsel, and advice students about the courses and programs offered, admission
- Ability to empathize with students and build relationships through conversations
- Responsible to manage to convert leads for versatile Data Trained programs which are in collaboration with renowned Universities
- Counselling and guiding prospective students about the different PG and UG courses offered.
- Converting leads to admissions.
- Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded
- Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
