Job Description

- Manage and oversee order fulfillment process from start to finish
- Maintain and update order management system
- Ensure accurate product listing on website and other platforms
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote products and drive sales
