Job Description

- Responsible for sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for various positions in multinational corporations
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Advise clients on best recruitment practices and strategies in the current job market
- Provide guidance on candidate selection and conducting interviews
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Stay current on industry trends and recruitment techniques to effectively match candidates with job opportunities

- Conduct employment verification and reference checks for potential candidates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities
