Job Description

- Answer customer inquiries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
- Utilize scripted responses and templates to ensure consistency in communication
- Update customer accounts and records accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or managers
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Continuously strive to improve processes and efficiency in email and chat support operations.
