What you’ll be doing:
• Ini%ate contact with poten%al U.S. business customers through phone calls, emails,
and other electronic communica%on.
• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to business services, effec%vely managing
objec%ons to close sales.
• Make 90 to 100 cold calls daily, engaging in meaningful business conversa%ons to
uncover gaps where our solu%ons can assist.
• Use persuasive communica%on and nego%a%on techniques to meet customer needs
and secure sales.
• Develop customized solu%ons for clients, posi%oning services as essen%al resources
for their opera%ons.
• Set appointments or close deals with clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Record detailed and accurate notes of customer interac%ons in CRM soJware.
• Implement, manage, and track individual sales goals.
What we expect you to have:
• 12th pass or Diploma candidates can apply; If candidate is graduate is add-on.
• Excellent communica%on and persuasion skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and nego%a%on abili%es.
• High resilience and adaptability, capable of handling challenging sales situa%ons and
overcoming objec%ons.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and organiza%onal skills.
• Proac%ve, goal-oriented mindset with mo%va%on to succeed in a compe%%ve sales
environment.
• Previous customer service or sales experience in a call center or BPO environment
preferred.
• Working knowledge of opera%ng systems, par%cularly MicrosoJ Windows 10, and a
basic understanding of internet fundamentals.
• Familiarity with record management procedures is a plus.
• Effec%ve analy%cal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to access and research mul%ple sources of data.
• Ability to mul%task and work effec%vely under pressure in a team-oriented, high demand, fast-paced environment
