Job Description
- Conduct outgoing calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated
- Document all customer interactions and update customer records as necessary
- Collaborate with sales team to follow up on leads and assist with closing sales
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer information and sales activities
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends
- Work closely with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales goals
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in BPO telecalling role.
