Job Description

- Source potential candidates through online channels and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Manage and maintain candidate databases and tracking systems
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
