As a Customer Success Associate at Transcom, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to propose improvements to products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to customers
