We are looking to hire a talented PHP developer to manage our back-end services and ensure a seamless interchange of data between the server and our users. As a PHP developer, you will be responsible for developing and coding all server-side logic. You will also be required to maintain the central database and respond to requests from front-end developers. To ensure success as a PHP developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming, understanding of MVC designs, and working knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS3.

Job Description

KRA	Job Responsibilities
Communication and teamwork	Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, and schedules along with technical and process issues Coordinate with co-developers and keep project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serve as liaison between development staff and project manager
Development & Quality	Develop, record and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
Learning and Upskilling	Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5 PHP Framework Hands on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat) MySQL profiling and query optimization
Problem Solving	Creative and efficient problem solver
