However, salary is not constraint for the outstanding candidate. Job Description: Chemical engineering involves the production and manufacturing of Excipients & Ready Made Premix Coatings. This includes designing equipment, systems, and processes for refining raw materials and for mixing, compounding, and processing chemicals. Chemical engineers translate processes developed in the lab into practical applications for the commercial production of products, and then work to maintain and improve those processes. They rely on the main foundations of engineering: math, physics, and chemistry. Biology also plays an increasingly important role. Chemical Engineer Education and Experience Requirements:  M.Sc. Organic Chemistry or Master’s degree in chemical engineering,  15 – 20 years’ experience in a production or research environment  Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project)  Project management experience a plus Chemical Engineer Qualifications/Skills:  Fair knowledge of Reactors, Drivers, Center Page Equipment etc.,  Demonstrated ability to solve highly technical problems  Strong technical writing ability  Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, lean manufacturing)  Ability to execute tasks in predefined time.  Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills  The activity includes planning & production of validations. Job Description: Perform chemical analysis and physical property testing of materials and products.  Validation new production processes/products.  Analyze data to develop conclusions.  Evaluate current processes and develop improvements to safety, quality, and efficiency.  Assist in the establishment of timelines and budgets.  Install, maintain, and inspect equipment and facilities.  Provide training and mentorship to technical staff.  Handling of Production Blocks / Pilot Plant.  Knowledge of Licensing / Safety issues.  Capable for implementation of QMS activities in production areas.  Capable of Review and correction of Technology Transfer document from R&D  Capable of handling powder processing activities as Micronization, Pulverizer & multimill as per customer requirement.  Capable for execution of process validation and cleaning validation for new products.  Capable of handling of Customer Audits during production tour.  Exposure on Investigation (Deviation, Customer Complaints, OOS and OOT)  Capable of preparation for SOPs, BPRs, ECRs and all related production documentation.  Capable for providing personnel training to shop floor employees.  Expertize in handling all production equipment ie., - Reactor - Centrifuge - VTD - Traydryer - Spray dryer - Pulverizer - Multimill - Compactor - Sifter  Responsible for daily production activities in safe manner  Capable for correct utilization of man power for pre-defined production schedules. Required Job Profile : 1. Independent handling of all Production & Supporting Functions 2. Overall Knowledge of Various Chemicals Reactions & Handling of Haz Chemicals 3. Should have experience in working as Plant Head of Chemical Mfg Plant 4. Experience in manufacturing of High Value Fine & Speciality Chemicals, UV Absorbers, Pharma Intermediates, Cosmetics, Coating & Plastic Chemicals etc is preferable. 5. He should be well versed with all critical chemicals Reactions like Friedel Craft, Condensation, Oxidation, Reduction, Hydrogenation etc 6. Should have experience in handling hazardous chemicals like Ethyl Mercaptan, Cynuric Chloride, Chlorine Gas, Anhydrous Allumunium Chloride, Dry HCL Gas etc 7. He should have experience of running all equipments like GLRs, SS Vessels, ANF, Centrifuges, RVPD and other dryers 8. Effective Co ordination with Logistics,QC, Maintenance, HR, Wareshouse etc 9. Strict compliances of Health & Safety norms, EHS, Effluent treatment etc. Should have experience in ZLD plant 10. Should have fair knowledge of all utilities like IBR Boiler, Brine system, Nitrogen plant, air compressors, water hydrants, pumps, generators etc. 11. Experience in SAP is an added advantage
