The Customer Service/Sales Executive is responsible for interacting with customers to provide assistance, handle queries, and promote the company's products/services. The role involves both customer support and sales tasks, working in a dynamic environment on a six-day rotational shift basis. The position offers competitive compensation, including a salary package ranging from ₹28k to ₹35k CTC, along with meal benefits, daily conveyance allowances, and attractive incentives for performance. Freshers are welcome to apply, while experienced candidates in sales or health insurance sales are preferred.
Job Description

Customer Support Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.

Provide solutions to customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction by offering quick and accurate responses to all queries.

Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with customer complaints or feedback.

Sales Responsibilities:

Promote and sell the company’s products or services to both new and existing customers.

Engage in sales discussions, explaining the benefits and features of the product/service.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

For candidates with health insurance sales experience, focus on specific product lines related to insurance.

Incentives and Performance:

Eligible for incentives of ₹40,000+ …Strive to exceed the company’s set performance metrics in both customer satisfaction and sales output.
Administrative Duties:

Accurately maintain and update customer records after each interaction.
Process customer transactions, ensuring accuracy in recording and closing of sales.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure they are satisfied and to encourage repeat business.
Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work in coordination with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Participate in team meetings and training to stay informed about new products, services, and customer service best practices.
Shift and Location:

Work on a six-day workweek schedule with 9-hour rotational shifts, ensuring flexibility for day and night shifts.
Located at the Corporate Office (Lab).

Qualification: Open to candidates from any educational background.
