INVESTIN REALITY LLP is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to oversee the procurement of materials, supplies, and services for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and negotiating contracts with vendors, as well as experience in cost analysis and budget management. Responsibilities include identifying potential suppliers, conducting market research, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Sourcing Manager will work closely with project managers and other departments to support overall project goals and objectives. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and secure top talent for the company
- Build relationships with key external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to making offers
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
- Stay informed on changes and advancements in recruitment technology to improve sourcing efficiency
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company to attract top talent
- Continuously work to optimize the sourcing process and improve candidate quality.
