As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable for our company. You will be tasked with contacting clients to collect payments, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate records of all communications and transactions with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A successful AR Caller will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in using financial software, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Job Description

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims.
- Verify insurance information and update patient records as needed.
- Review and resolve denied claims to ensure proper payment.
- Utilize coding and billing knowledge to identify and rectify billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to address account-related issues.
- Meet weekly and monthly production and quality targets.
- Document all communication with insurance companies in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance representatives.
- Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance information.
