The HR Assistant at Amazon will provide support to the HR team with various administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, HRIS data entry, benefits enrollment, and maintaining employee records. Job Description

- Support the HR department in various tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve processes and procedures
- Assist with employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
