Job Description
- Responsible for providing administrative support to the senior leadership team
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports
- Assist in organizing and planning executive events and meetings
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for review
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of executives
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Help facilitate communication between the executive team and other departments
- Handle special projects and perform other duties as assigned by executives
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
