Oriental is seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets in the designated territory. The Field Sales Representative will also be expected to conduct product demonstrations, provide excellent customer service, and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for sales, are essential for success in this role. Job Description

- Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers in designated territory
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Present and promote Oriental's products and services to drive sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network and generate leads
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion in the territory
- Travel within the territory to meet with customers and attend meetings
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and continuously update skills through training opportunities.
