Hiring specialized is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our organization. Duties include creating job descriptions, posting job ads, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize workload. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, coordinating job fairs, and conducting reference checks. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred. Job Description

- Conduct full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring potential candidates
- Utilize social media and job boards to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks on potential employees
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract candidates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate records
