The Maintenance Engineer at Maharaja Agrasen Sat Narain Gupta Hospital is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hospital facilities and equipment. This includes conducting regular maintenance checks, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs with external vendors when needed. The Maintenance Engineer will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Maintenance Engineer will be expected to manage the hospital's inventory of spare parts and equipment, as well as supervise maintenance staff in carrying out day-to-day tasks. Strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with others are essential for success in this role.
Job Description

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on hospital equipment and infrastructure
- Inspect and troubleshoot faulty equipment to determine root causes
- Coordinate with external vendors for repair and replacement of equipment parts
- Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and ensure their implementation
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Keep detailed maintenance records and reports
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues.

Experience: 4 – 10 Years (Preferred Hospital Experience)
