We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at UNIVERSAL LANDMARKS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, oversee the sales process, and build strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate industry. Job Description

- Increase revenue and drive business growth by developing and implementing sales strategies
- Lead and motivate sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Monitor and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are being met
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment with sales strategy
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales performance
