As a Tele caller at our company, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. You will be expected to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, provide information about our offerings, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a consultation. Additionally, you will be required to accurately record customer information, follow up on leads, and meet daily or weekly call quotas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be persuasive and confident on the phone, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus. Join our team and help drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective phone communication.
Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries or complaints
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products or services being offered
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients
- Keep detailed records of all calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services
- Meet individual and team targets for call volume and sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure positive customer experience
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate with customers.
