Janani Mithra Group is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing consultations to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. The Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and provide excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include maintaining accurate medication records, managing inventory, and adhering to regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, a valid pharmacist license, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulations are preferred. Job Description

- Dispense prescription medication and provide medication counseling to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and manage drug therapy to identify and prevent potential drug interactions or adverse effects
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records

- Conduct medication therapy reviews and offer recommendations for medication adjustments
- Stay current on new drugs and treatments through continuing education and professional development
- Comply with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and guidelines
