Jetking Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Server Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining server hardware and software, ensuring system security and performance optimization. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting server issues, implementing backups and disaster recovery plans, and supporting overall network infrastructure. The IT Server Engineer will work closely with other IT professionals and department heads to provide technical support and solutions. Strong knowledge of server technologies, operating systems, and networking protocols is required. The successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Designation – Server Support Engineer-IT/ Asst. Support Eng. -CP

Education – Any Technical Graduate (BE-Computer, BSE-IT OR BSC-Computer science)

Experience – 0 to 1+ years. (Fresher candidates also apply)

Working – Monday to Saturday Salary – IT -18000 CTC/ CP-16000/-

Joining – Immediately

Note:- Candidates should be flexible to work on weekends. They will be eligible to get any day as a weekly off during the week.

Job Responsibilities

Should have sound knowledge of Desktop/Laptop support, hardware & networking concepts.
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
Conduct remote troubleshooting
Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
Customize desktop applications to meet user needs

Record technical issues and solutions in logs
