The Sales Coordinator at our manufacturing company will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing client accounts, tracking sales leads, assisting with the preparation of sales presentations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales support or customer service, strong attention to detail, and a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving. Job Description

- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Act as a liaison between sales team and other departments within the organization
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales presentations and proposals
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses
- Organize and attend sales meetings, trade shows, and other events as needed
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up actions
