Job Description
- Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to keep track of candidate progress
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
