Orris Group is seeking a Horticulture Head to oversee all aspects of the horticulture department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and landscaping, as well as experience managing a team of horticulturists. Responsibilities include designing and implementing landscaping plans, monitoring plant health and growth, and managing the maintenance of all green spaces on the property. The Horticulture Head will also be responsible for budgeting and purchasing supplies, as well as ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with other departments and external vendors. This is a dynamic role for a skilled horticulture professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a prestigious real estate development company.
Job Description

- Leading and overseeing all horticulture operations at Orris Group
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the properties
- Ensuring proper maintenance of all plants, trees, and landscaping features
- Supervising a team of gardeners and landscape contractors
- Managing the budget for horticulture projects and ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues affecting plant health
- Collaborating with the property management team to create seasonal displays and themes
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in horticulture
- Providing training and support to team members to ensure high-quality work
- Resolving any customer complaints or concerns related to landscaping or horticulture issues.
