NIHT Infosolution Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and experienced SEO Team Leader to oversee and manage our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to increase online presence and drive organic traffic to our websites. Key responsibilities include leading a team of SEO specialists, conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance, and staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithms. The SEO Team Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content, improve site architecture, and track key metrics to measure success. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of improving search engine rankings are essential for this role. Job Description

- Lead and oversee a team of SEO specialists in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and keyword rankings to identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are being implemented
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and updates to search engine algorithms
- Conduct regular audits of websites to ensure compliance with SEO best practices
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop their skills
- Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of SEO campaigns
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives and tailor SEO strategies accordingly
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team to achieve client satisfaction and meet business objectives.
