- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including conducting investigations and reporting findings.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for surveillance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on surveillance protocols and tools.
- Participate in emergency response initiatives to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
