The HR Executive/HR Assistant Manager at KAPS TATA will be responsible for supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. They will assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Job Description

- Assist in recruitment process, including job postings and scheduling interviews
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Resolve employee relations issues and conflicts
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist with performance management processes
- Support HR Manager with various administrative tasks
- Provide general HR support to employees and management.
