AJ Placement Service is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Company Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, managing all aspects of company administration, and overseeing corporate governance matters. Job Description

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and external stakeholders, including shareholders, regulators, and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including the Companies Act and listing requirements
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage the company's statutory records and filings, including annual reports and returns
- Advise the board on corporate governance best practices and ensure effective communication with shareholders
- Provide guidance on corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, and restructuring
- Maintain and update the company's corporate governance framework and policies
- Monitor changes in legislation and market trends that may impact the company
- Support the board and senior management in carrying out their duties effectively
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all aspects of the role
