Job Description
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Review and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff to uphold high standards of quality and work
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement solutions
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess quality levels and identify potential risks
- Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance and trends for management review
- Monitor and enforce quality policy and procedures throughout the organization
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to quality management
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality performance and customer satisfaction.
