Holly Blue Interior is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with a focus on creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing drawings and renderings, collaborating with clients and project managers, and overseeing project progress from conception to completion. The Architectural Designer will also be responsible for ensuring designs meet building codes and regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Job Description

- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans for residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with clients, interior designers, and project managers to ensure designs meet client needs and project requirements
- Research and stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes
- Develop and present design concepts to clients for approval
- Use CAD software to produce accurate and precise drawings
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers to ensure successful project completion
- Inspect and approve construction progress to ensure designs are executed correctly
- Prepare and submit permit applications and documents to relevant authorities
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Participate in project meetings and provide input and expertise on design decisions
