Job Description

- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve performance and drive results
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation and differentiation
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
