Devpaga Constructions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, creating project timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring quality control. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully completing complex construction projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Job Description

- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts in a timely manner
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in project management
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required, PMP certification preferred

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
