Job Description

A Key Account Manager (KAM) FMCG – Personal Care in the realm of e-commerce is responsible for managing relationships with key clients or accounts within the e-commerce sector. Their primary focus is to ensure the satisfaction of these key clients, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term partnerships.

Job Title: Key Account Manager-Amazon

4-5years of experience in eCommerce sales, account management, or related field, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing ecommerce accounts.
Strong understanding of platform, policies, and algorithms, with experience managing seller or vendor central accounts.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data analysis tools and software.

Must Haves:

Experience in scaling campaigns profitably
Maintained a healthy ROAS of 4X++
Understanding of Helium10, Amazon PI, AMS

Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central interfaces, as well as Amazon Advertising (formerly Amazon Marketing Services) and Amazon DSP
