A-One Job Consultancy is seeking a Labour Officer to oversee all aspects of labor relations, compliance, and employee welfare within client organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to provide guidance and support on issues such as grievance handling, wage negotiations, and employee disputes. Key responsibilities include conducting audits to ensure compliance with labor standards, developing and implementing policies to promote a positive work environment, and serving as a mediator between management and employees. The Labour Officer will also be responsible for conducting training sessions on labor laws and best practices. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in labor relations or human resources is preferred.
Job Description

- Act as a liaison between employers and employees to resolve labor-related issues
- Conduct investigations into complaints regarding labor violations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Mediate disputes between workers and management
- Provide guidance and advice on labor rights and responsibilities
- Collaborate with government agencies to enforce labor laws
- Develop and implement training programs to educate workers on their rights
- Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations
- Prepare and submit reports on labor-related activities
- Participate in meetings and conferences related to labor issues
