Nation Wide Consultancy is seeking a Virtual Relationship Manager to maintain and nurture relationships with clients through remote communication channels. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and experience in customer service or client management. Duties will include conducting virtual meetings, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The Virtual Relationship Manager will also be responsible for identifying upsell opportunities and promoting additional services to clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a customer-focused mindset. Job Description

- Manage client relationships through virtual communication platforms
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings to discuss client needs and provide solutions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and industries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes
- Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates and reports on progress
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional services to clients
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients
- Build a strong network of contacts and referrals to grow the client base
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals set by management for client portfolios.
