The AC Design Manager will be responsible for leading a team of designers in developing innovative and creative solutions for our clients' air conditioning projects. Job Description

- Lead the design team in creating innovative and efficient air conditioning systems for various projects
- Develop and implement design strategies to improve energy efficiency and sustainability
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design specifications are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to provide technical support and expertise
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to incorporate into design processes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Mentor and train junior design staff to ensure high-quality work and professional development
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate AC designs seamlessly into overall project plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements in all designs and installations
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for any design-related issues.
