Job Description
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace
- Provide safety training and education to employees on best practices for accident prevention
- Investigate and report on workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all safety-related activities, including training, inspections, and incidents
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in workplace safety to continuously improve safety programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding safety concerns and questions
